I think it is funny, when we get down to the bare essentials in the cabinets and my sweet hubby asks every-so-often, "Do we have enough food for the next ten days?" LOL... So I will post here my menu plan for the week, just to assure him.

Looks yummy. Good for you for planning breakfasts and lunches...we just do cereal and plan overs or sandwiches for lunch.
thanks for thinking of us. the house hunting idea is a bust. I really thought that was going to be the answer to helping us deal with our situation better. But I was wrong. David had a nice meeting recently with Joel so he is keeping David's name in the front of his mind. Any news on your plans?
Oh yum! I am in need of a snickerdoodle now. Guess I better busy in the kitchen. :)
