Rolled Fondant Sugar Cookies... REViISiTed

Table Favor Cookies for the Confirmation Students this week.

All it takes is a few ingredients...

Cheap ingredients!

To create rolled fondant!

This seems to be my "springtime" tradition... making these cookies, if you recall here...

Again, take my advice, and don't try to save time by buying the Wilton Brand in the store... you will NOT ever eat fondant again if you try pre-made!

Wow, have I been reading your blog that long? I remember that post!

I have been intending to try your fondant recipe but never have gotten around to it. I'm not sure my mixer will be able to handle it.

One of these days, I'm gonna do it!

I tried the Wilton's before coming upon other recipes. It almost scared me away from fondant; but I'm determined to give your recipe a try. Thanks!!!

Thank you so much for the fondant recipe! I am actually heading to the store this morning to get everything I need for it. I just have two questions: Can the almond flavor be replaced with vanilla flavor (will it taste good) & how much will this recipe make (enough for one cake??) Thank you so much & I am looking forward to trying this out!

Just wondering if anyone has tried it with vanilla, have an allergy to almond.

Hi there! I need you to know that you totally ROCK! this fondant recipe is A-MAZING! i actually created a pin for it on pinterest, and have had almost 5,000 people re-pin it on their boards!!!! (I know others have created their own pins from your fondant too, so i'm not the only one!!!) I felt excited that a pin I created can generate that much interest, but i needed you to know that it is a truly amazing recipe, and there are MANY(more) people making now, and i'm getting ready to make another batch for my daughters birthday party cookie-favors!!! thanks a million, and i hope you keep it up!!!

Could you give an apx measurement for "2 capfuls", my bottle of almond extract is very small because I only buy pure and I'm on a college budget. Hard to tell how big the cap is when it's not in the picture

(not sure if it went through the first time)
