Memories of Indiana...
Old fashioned Kettle Corn. N'uf Said!
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup popping corn
salt
Heat oil, sugar and popping corn on medium/high heat until all corn is popped. Remove from heat and salt to taste.... perfect fall treat!

Mmm...
We like getting kettle corn downtown in Shipshewana-is that where you'd get it, too?
I never pop corn the real way but kettle corn tempts me to try.
My sister pops corn to make peanut butter popcorn. Another yummy, but so far I still haven't succumbed to popping corn on the stove.
LOVE kettle corn!
Also looking forward to trying your banana bread!
